Tasks

-Perform analytical and administrative tasks -Complete order entry or quote preparation of HVAC equipment using CRM and/or manufacturer's software -Provide customer service regarding material and order status via phone and/or email -Work with key personnel to optimize our costs and customer service -Coordinate with factories/ manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery of product -Communicate and clearly update customers on equipment delivery, service work and other commitments that align with the project schedule. -Proactively identify opportunities to improve the flow of product and process

What You Bring

-Ability to move between departments to support office tasks and coordination. -Primarily office- and field-based, with frequent customer visits and meetings. -Creative problem solver with the ability to resolve conflicts and determine a path forward -Excellent communication and customer service skills -Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally (office supplies, packages, or event materials). -Regular regional travel; occasional overnight or national travel depending on assigned projects. -Ability to learn and interpret technical and contractual language -Ability to sit and stand for extended periods. -Standard business hours, Monday–Friday, with flexibility required to support client schedules. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related work experience
