-Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, HVAC & mechanical systems, and painting. -Passion for providing an exceptional resident service experience through excellent communication skills. -3-5 years of building systems and maintenance experience, preferably within a multi-residential asset class. -Ownership Mindset -Proficient with use of basic handheld and electrical tools. -Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends).
