Tasks
This position will be part of our Electrical Compliance team where you will be supporting our energised testing team. Your role will involve carrying out various electrical installations of low voltage wiring and containment systems. You will also be responsible for testing and inspecting these installations. You will have the opportunity to develop and advance within this team as we support courses to train you for Live Testing. -Level 3 Inspection, Testing & Certification of Electrical Installations -Testing energizing systems up to 1000V, including newly installed and modified electrical systems. -Following a schedule of works as agreed with adi/customer -Installing various low voltage wiring systems and cable containment systems. -Ensuring that all operational procedures, safe working practices, and H&S procedures are followed. -Performing and adhering to safe electrical isolation procedures for existing live circuits. -Completing any reasonable tasks assigned in accordance with your position, with the aim of adding value. -Issuing installation and condition reports.

What You Bring
adi Electrical Roaming Tester Location – We are seeking a candidate based in the Midlands who is willing to travel throughout the UK with some overnight stay overs -NVQ Level 3 qualification. -18th edition qualified. -2391 or 2394/5 qualified and must have knowledge of condition reporting. -Experience of Manufacturing and Industrial sector is essential. -Experience of electrical installations and testing within a process plant environment. -Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams and drawings. -Experience of using Thermal imaging test equipment would be beneficial but not essential -Full UK Driving License
