Tasks

-Customer and Community Engagement: Deliver outstanding service and effectively communicate our mission to the public. Develop and maintain our social media presence and online store. -Team Leadership: Train and lead staff in pricing, safety policies, and outstanding customer service. Assess and recognize staff performance while addressing policy violations as necessary. -Operational Excellence: Drive inventory, sales, and profits while collaborating with the ReStore Manager to meet budgetary goals. Maintain assigned ReStore facilities and ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers, donors, and volunteers. -Donation Processing and Inventory Management: Oversee donation processing and ensure effective inventory management. Collaborate with volunteers and associates to maintain a seamless flow of donated goods to the sales floor. -Empathy: Exercise care and compassion, valuing all relationships with peers, donors, and volunteers. -Finance and Administration: Enforce cash control policies and maintain accurate accounting records of revenues and expenses.

-Demonstrated ability in training, managing, leading, and developing associates in a consistent, positive, and safety-conscious manner. -Honesty and Integrity: Communicate truthfully and uphold the professional ethics and morals of Habitat Bucks in public service. -Open to All: Demonstrate strong collaboration and leadership skills to effectively oversee individuals from diverse backgrounds, while also being able to function independently as well as within a team. -Certified forklift operator or trainer, preferred. -Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, and email. -Ability to travel when necessary, for training, or support of any existing or future ReStore(s) within Bucks County. -A minimum of 2 years of responsible leadership, directing successful teams, and being accountable for meeting objectives. -Solid application of interpersonal and communication skills, internally and externally, with groups and individuals.
