Tasks

Marketing Material Oversight -Conduct monthly meetings with software developer to: -Discuss upcoming system updates -Prepare the system for upgrades to the latest version -Respond to internal IT questions regarding functionality and integration -Receive updates on new products and features -Conduct and document due diligence for all new vendors -Update annual and quarterly certifications as needed (requires coding) -Provide technical support for the system -Review and approve quarterly certifications -Create and manage user groups, including static/dynamic configurations -Develop rules for module approval flows (may involve coding or coordination with software IT) -Review agreements for potential new investors -Create and issue attestations for other departments -Respond to due diligence requests -Respond to internal IT inquiries related to the system -Manage invoicing for marketing software -Review marketing materials for compliance -Troubleshoot and advise on high-level issues prior to submitting help desk tickets -Review outstanding tickets

What You Bring

Vendor Due Diligence -Five or more years of compliance experience is preferred -Five or more years of real estate industry or broker/dealer experience required -Work indoors approximately 100% of the time -FINRA Series Exams 7 and 24 or be willing to complete within 12 months -Travel up to 30% both domestically and internationally -Ability to lift general ledgers, files, records, and computer paper (approximately 5-35 lbs.) -Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
