Tasks

You will be supporting the Ministry of Defence (MOD), Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth hand-back process with a variety of contracts ending / transitioning. -Lead and coordinate contract hand-back activities, -Ensure accurate documentation (O&M manuals, compliance certificates, maintenance logs), -Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, -Support condition surveys and lifecycle works, -Maintain hand-back programme and risk register, -Manage updates, risks, and dependencies across the exit lifecycle, -Work with Mitie teams to ensure asset compliance and readiness,

What You Bring

-Confident communicator -Full UK driving licence -Project/programme management experience in secure or defence environments -Eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance -Understanding of PPP models, contract law, and lifecycle obligations -Ability to interpret technical and contractual documentation -Contract management experience ideally including expiry/transition phases
