Overview

Plan and support tooling forecasts, schedules, and reporting for power plant construction projects.

Tasks

-Ensure outages are scheduled and resource demands are visible in SalesForce -Forecast future tool demands and coordinate with operational groups and the tooling depots -Assist in tooling orders for new unit sites -Lead special programs to implement fleet-wide solutions for technical issues -Develop common forecasting tools and report on both central and distributed new unit demands -Maintain standard Completion of Factory Scope (CoFS) and Empty Bird schedules, labor models, cost models, and generic tool lists

What You Bring

-Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, or related field. Or combined equivalent (extensive experience/educational background including potential technical certifications or degrees). -Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong technical writing skills. Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and ability to learn others as needed). -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work for yourself and others, under strict timelines and being flexible to changing needs. -5+ years of experience in the field of power plant maintenance or construction. -Flexibility and willingness for domestic and international travel 20%.
