- Conduct manual probe testing to verify the integrity and functionality of electronic components, such as resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and connectors.
- Testing of PCB's and awareness about ESD safe environment
- Analyze test results to identify defects, deviations from specifications, and potential manufacturing issues.
- Document test procedures and generate detailed reports.
- Troubleshoot failures and implement corrective actions using quality tools
- Drive automation and productivity improvement projects.
- Maintain awareness and adherence to SIL-4 safety standards.
- Handling RDSO customer inspections and documentation.

- Experience: 5+ years in railway signaling product assembly and testing.
- Education: Diploma/BE in ECE/EEE/E&I
- Hands on MS office skill.
- Expertise in PCB testing and trouble shooting.
- Having exposure of working in a factory environment
- Hands on experience in 5S and continuous improvement culture
- Familiarity with ISO 9001-2015, IRIS, SIL-4 compliance and factory audits.
- Knowledge in railway signaling product assembly and testing
- Knowledge of radio will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with handling the measuring instruments
