  • Conduct manual probe testing to verify the integrity and functionality of electronic components, such as resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and connectors.
  • Testing of PCB's and awareness about ESD safe environment
  • Analyze test results to identify defects, deviations from specifications, and potential manufacturing issues.
  • Document test procedures and generate detailed reports.
  • Troubleshoot failures and implement corrective actions using quality tools
  • Drive automation and productivity improvement projects.
  • Maintain awareness and adherence to SIL-4 safety standards.
  • Handling RDSO customer inspections and documentation.
  • Integrated testing of product

  • Experience: 5+ years in railway signaling product assembly and testing.
  • Education: Diploma/BE in ECE/EEE/E&I
  • Hands on MS office skill.
  • Expertise in PCB testing and trouble shooting.
  • Having exposure of working in a factory environment
  • Hands on experience in 5S and continuous improvement culture
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001-2015, IRIS, SIL-4 compliance and factory audits.
  • Knowledge in railway signaling product assembly and testing
  • Knowledge of radio will be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with handling the measuring instruments
