Tasks

-Updates global database by request and provides reports -Takes part in client and internal meetings, work groups, related to quality and technical issues, provides technical recommendations, maintains excellent relationships with customers -Accountable for site visits and surveying the equipment in according to KONE standards, respecting safety rules -Takes measurements and completes the necessary documentation and pictures requested -Uploads data from site surveys into CRM

What You Bring

-Strong customer skills -Knowledge of Safety and Maintenance actions (for example: how to access the inner workings of the escalator.) -Curious attitude towards equipment and environment -Technical knowledge on various types/manufacturers of escalators -Previous escalator experience in service, repairs or installation -NVQ3 in escalators is desirable, but not mandatory
