The Role

Overview

Two-year program for engineering, architecture or construction grads on major capital projects.

Tasks

-Perform code-required special inspections ( i.e. steel bolting, fire alarm testing, hydrostatic pressure tests, concrete placement, and rebar inspections). -Support design, engineering, and construction management activities within an assigned major program. -Monitor contractor performance and compliance with contract requirements. -Participate in update and coordination meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners. -Contribute to jobsite safety oversight, review of look-aheads, and quality assurance activities. -Prepare independent engineer’s estimates, cost analyses, and schedule reviews. -Develop technical reports and presentations that inform project decision-making.

What You Bring

-Strong academic achievement, analytical ability, and relevant work or internship experience in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management . -Excellent written and verbal communication. -Students receiving a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management between September 2025 and May 2026 . -Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and consultants. -Ability to analyze data and prepare clear, concise reports. -Proven problem-solving skills. -Familiarity with renewable energy and sustainability practices.
