The Role

Overview

Support project financials, reporting, vendor invoicing, and budget analysis for CBRE programs.

Tasks

-Research budget and invoice issues -Identifying budget or financial problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions -Impact the quality of own work. -Monitor vendor invoicing against projects -Submit purchase requisitions for supplier purchase orders / contracts -Collect project schedules based on info and input from other team members and update to find schedule slippage or other program-related issues. -Collaborate with personnel from other departments to assist with project implementation and process improvements. -Maintain and distribute routine reports. -Assist with project closeout when project is work has been completed and ensure internal/external process compliance -Monitor project financials / budget data and documentation -Use aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete evaluation and improvement. -Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. -Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. -Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What You Bring

-Learn key systems and processes including providing knowledge transfer to teams. -In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. -Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. -Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. -Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. -Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. -Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
