Lead TPM strategy and autonomous maintenance to improve equipment performance and OEE.

Tasks
-This role operates in both office and industrial environments (non-temperature controlled). -Deliver world-class customer satisfaction -Lead TPM implementation across the site, with a strong emphasis on empowering operators through the AM pillar. -Build TPM standards, AM checklists, and KPIs—and track success across initiatives. -Train, coach, and energize cross-functional teams to embrace ownership, solve problems, and innovate. -Create a great place to work -Lead operational studies, time studies, and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities. -Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and Shared Services to create a high-performance manufacturing culture. -Drive measurable improvements in OEE, process quality, and equipment uptime (especially robotic equipment like sagger machines and automated baggers).

What You Bring
-Must be comfortable wearing PPE, climbing stairs/ladders, and occasionally working weekends or off-shifts. -Strong communicator and strategic thinker -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) - required -A natural leader and team builder who can connect across levels and functions -Some domestic travel may be required. -Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools -Data-driven decision-making skills -Proven success leading Autonomous Maintenance programs -3+ years of hands-on TPM experience in a manufacturing setting - required
