Tasks

-Providing a smart, visible, proactive, and engaging security presence -Patrolling with frontline employees -Ensuring the safety and security of colleagues and customers, providing a sense of assurance. -Ensuring colleague safety, providing a sense of assurance for all -Managing and following safety and security processes and procedures -Working as part of a team, building strong working relationships -liaison with BTP and WMT Representees -Approving of holidays -Building strong relationships as part of a supportive and professional team. -Be aware of hazards and incidents, and responding appropriately -Communications with British Transport Police -Control access and egress, conducting security patrols to deter crime -Managing and responding to incidents effectively while remaining calm under pressure. -Supporting Vulnerable Persons -Checking of kit and equipment's before deployments -Attendance of major events to support -Providing guidance, information and directing customers as a first point of contact -Offering guidance, information, and a friendly face as a first point of contact for customers. -Conducting security patrols, managing access points, and deterring unauthorised activity. -Patrolling the Railway Network onboard services and on stations -Completion of Taskings and Deployments -Running of Day to Day operations -Uniform Auditing
