Tasks

Entry-Level Architectural Designer (0-3 years) The Entry Level Architectural Designer will work with design teams in the development of healthcare design projects from concepts to construction administration, with emphasis on documentation. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong technical skills and an ability to contribute to an energetic and creative process. The team is seeking highly motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment. The Project Architect will work with design teams in the development of healthcare design projects from concepts to construction administration, with emphasis on detailing and documentation. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong technical skills and an ability to contribute to an energetic and creative process. Please note, attachments should not be greater than 10MB total. Project Architect (5-10 years) -Exceptional client service orientation and relationship-building skills. -Knowledge of Revit is preferred. -Proficiency in documenting all phases of the design process. -Good client service mindset and relationship-building skills. -Bachelor’s degree in architecture or Master of Architecture (accredited degree program required). -Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently. -0-3 experience in the architecture industry with relevant built work experience. Experience with healthcare projects will be considered a plus. -Strong proficiency in Revit required. -Ability to problem solve and collaborate on innovative solutions -Solid MS Office abilities. -Knowledge of Enscape and Adobe suite is a plus. -Strong technical project detailing and documentation skills. -Ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected quality -Knowledge of Enscape and Adobe suite preferred. -Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor others. -Excellent graphic and verbal communication skills. -5-10 years’ experience in the architecture industry with relevant built work experience. Experience with healthcare projects. -Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time -Knowledge of Newforma project management platform preferred.
