Tasks

-Support value engineering and design optimization to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. -Ensure designs meet safety, sustainability, and operational requirements. -Provide technical guidance to internal teams and design consultants. -Collaborate with stakeholders and authorities to secure necessary design approvals. -Review drawings and design documents for compliance, constructability, and standards. -Manage design reviews, resolve coordination issues, and maintain design integrity. -Ensure design quality, functionality, and consistency across all project structures. -Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, and civil disciplines. -Oversee preparation and review of architectural drawings, specifications, and reports. -Lead the architectural design development of all depot buildings and associated facilities.

What You Bring

-Proficient in design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination platform -Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or transportation-related facility project. -Good understanding of international and local building codes and standards -Strong background in multidisciplinary design coordination. -Minimum 10–15 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior coordination role.
