Tasks
-Serve as the primary expert on SmartSignal software, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance on its features, functionalities, and best practices specific to power generation assets. -Provide ongoing technical support to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues related to power generation assets promptly. -Maintain accurate records of training sessions, implementation projects, and support activities. -Create training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations specific to power generation applications. -Prepare detailed reports and documentation on SmartSignal analyses, findings, and recommendations specific to power generation assets. -Consult with clients in the power generation industry to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using SmartSignal. -Stay updated with the latest developments, updates, and best practices related to SmartSignal and condition monitoring technologies in the power generation sector. -Lead the implementation of SmartSignal in new power generation projects, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and compliance with industry standards. -Conduct detailed analysis using SmartSignal to identify and resolve complex condition monitoring issues in power generation equipment (e.g., turbines, generators, pumps). -Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations within the SmartSignal ecosystem for power generation applications. -Work closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure the effective use of SmartSignal in asset management strategies for power generation facilities. -Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and clients on SmartSignal functionalities, best practices, and advanced techniques tailored to the power generation industry.

What You Bring
-Familiarity with other GE Vernova products and solutions specific to power generation. -In-depth knowledge of SmartSignal software and its applications in power generation. -Experience with various types of power generation assets (thermal, hydro, renewable energy). -Additional certifications in power generation technologies or asset management are beneficial. -Advanced degree preferred. -Legal authorization to work in the country where the job is posted. -Willingness to travel up to 10% -Experience in training and developing technical documentation. -Certification in condition monitoring or vibration analysis is a plus. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Minimum 10 years of proven industry experience in vibration analysis, condition monitoring, and industrial asset management within power generation facilities. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -3+ years of experience with SmartSignal or similar condition monitoring software in the power generation industry. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
