Tasks
-Develop and maintain client relationships, and assist with marketing and business development efforts. -Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success, manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, and conduct risk assessments with mitigation strategies. -Provide technical expertise in the areas of power distribution, protection, and control systems. -Participate in project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. -Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders. -Leading the design and implementation of eHouse, Substation, MV/HV/EHV AIS & GIS Switchgear (up to 400kV), Step up/down transformers, and Protection. -Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff. -Acting as Electrical TA and providing technical support and troubleshooting during project execution, prepare detailed project documentation, and conduct HAZOP and EHAZOP workshops. -Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering reports, plans, and specifications. -Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and technical evaluations.

What You Bring
-Being very familiar and ensuring compliance with UK electrical industry standards, codes, and regulations. -Masters or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. -Experience in the Energy industry, particularly in power generation, transmission, or distribution. -Demonstrate ability to plan and prioritise workload. -Strong English Language skill. -Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on high voltage substation design. -Installation and grid code compliance, including leading power system studies, with a proven track record of leading large projects and coordinating with multiple parties. -A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills -Chartered Electrical Engineer or working towards -Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
