Provides executive support to CEO and principals, handling admin, travel, events, and office operations.

Tasks

-Assist with financial recordkeeping, contract management, and policy implementation. -Coordinate corporate events, meetings, and vendor relationships. -Provide assistance to other corporate departments as needed. -Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications. -Support office operations including supplies, mailings, and maintenance coordination. -Manage schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements for executive leadership.

What You Bring

-Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi Voyager experience preferred. -High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. -Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related role. -Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
