Tasks
-Perform peer reviews of technical work -Engineering Excellence : Create high-quality, error-free documents that set the standard for the industry, ensuring every project meets the highest codes and regulations -Commitment to Precision & Compliance : Produce engineering deliverables with unwavering accuracy, meeting client, regulatory, and ENERCON standards -On-the-Ground Impact : Engage directly with clients at plant sites, conducting in-depth walkdowns that transform vision into reality, ensuring every system and component is optimized for success -Trusted Partnerships : Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, earning their trust through exceptional service, clear communication, and the delivery of innovative engineering solutions -Collaborative Innovation : Work seamlessly across disciplines, ensuring every design integrates diverse perspectives and meets the highest standards of excellence

What You Bring
-Must be a U.S. Citizen -Proficient in Word and Excel -Remote will be considered for Principal Engineers -Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at client sites -Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship. -Minimum 7 years of Mechanical Engineering experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience designing Gloveboxes for handling special materials -Excellent verbal communication skills; Comfortable and effective communicator with team, clients, management, etc., choosing the right mode of communication for the situation and relaying the right message -Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university -Ability to travel up to 15% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks -Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to com pany and client policies. -Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail -Problem solving and general scientific evaluation skills -EIT or PE license in one or more states preferred -Experience in Mechanical codes, standards, and criteria, Glovebox codes, and development of fabrication drawing for electromechanical equipment and mechanical systems -Ability to work effectively in teams -Experience with ANSYS and SolidWorks preferred or comparable software platforms -Strong coordination skills; demonstrated ability to work across disciplines, divisions, and teams
