Tasks

-Provide guidance and constructive feedback to team members, assisting in their development and supporting them to deliver a high-quality customer experience -Deliver and collect customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring orders are accurate and all equipment is secured and loaded/offloaded safely in accordance with company procedures -Deliver day-to-day tool hire activities, deploying resource to ensure efficient, effective and safe operations -Ensure tool hire standards are always maintained -Support branch colleagues in building knowledge and competence in tool hire product -Ensure inventory and availability levels are appropriate to meet customer needs, collaborating across the local network -Lead by example in developing strong relationships through regular customer interaction, supporting the team to maximise growth through pro-active cross selling
