SOP Analyst

Manage sales order processing and invoicing, ensuring accurate billing.

Tasks

-Generate and issue invoices in line with contractual terms. -Provide support to the Finance team as needed. -Manage quotes and sales orders to facilitate accurate customer billing. -Ensure compliance with applicable tax and legal invoicing requirements. -Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes. -Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure timely invoicing.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Proven experience in a finance-related role. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively. -Should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in billing and invoicing processes. -Hands-on experience with tools such as NetSuite, Zuora, and Salesforce. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively -High attention to detail -Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
