Overview

Estimate and sell division 10 bathroom partition projects, preparing cost proposals.

Tasks

-Communicate effectively with vendors to obtain product information, lead times, availability, and technical specifications. -Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and other stakeholders to create customized solutions for clients. -Ensure proposals are submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with client specifications and deadlines. -Participate in customer entertainment activities. -Accurately estimating project costs and analyzing materials, equipment, and labor requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates for bids and proposals. -Follow up with clients after proposal submissions to gather feedback and refine future estimates.

What You Bring

-At least 2-3 year’s experience in the trade. -Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus. -Excellent organizational skills – sequences and order. -Computer and technology savvy. -Clearly articulate the scope of work, pricing breakdowns, and value propositions in proposals to win new business.
