The Commissioning (Cx) Program Manager ensures reliability, quality, and readiness of complex data center projects from design through turnover. -Manage Vendors & Consultants: Direct third-party Cx agents to ensure compliance with Owner’s Project Requirements and standards. -Ensure Quality & Readiness: Track issues, testing, and documentation to achieve safe, reliable, and on-time handover. -Coordinate Teams & Schedules: Integrate Cx activities with design, construction, and operations to meet key milestones. -Lead Commissioning Programs: Oversee and standardize commissioning processes across multiple data center projects. -Drive Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and refine global commissioning strategies.

What You Bring
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. -Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to translate complex technical detail into clear, actionable plans. -Experience with hyperscale or colocation data centers -Experience in hyperscale or colocation data center environments (preferred). -Proven success managing multi-site or regional Cx programs -Knowledge of Uptime Institute Tier standards and integrated systems testing -You thrive working with high-functioning teams. -You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while staying authentic and having fun. -Coachable; recognizes strengths & weakness and open to guidance -8+ years of experience in commissioning or MEP project management for mission-critical facilities (data centers, hospitals, labs, or industrial). -Strong technical knowledge of power and cooling systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, CRAH/CRAC, BMS/EPMS). -PE, CxA, CCP, or PMP certification -Even-tempered; handles pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment -Empowered; bring solutions instead of problems -Familiarity with commissioning software (CxAlloy, Facility Grid, etc.)
