Overview
Conduct cost assessments and manage F&E planning for healthcare infrastructure projects.

Tasks
-To perform cost reasonableness assessment (CRA) of both bio-medical and general Furniture & Equipment (F&E) when PHIs and VWOs request for F&E capital grant -To work with the appointed BME consultants for healthcare infrastructure projects and support project F&E implementation -To make use of system tools to perform statistics analysis and generate all necessary reports, and dashboards. -To participate in developing and updating F&E planning manual including standard F&E list, funding allocation guide and direct contract vendor coordination procedures. -To organize F&E related presentations / training sessions with PHIs and VWOs -To acquire domain knowledge and build technical expertise for the development and implementation of F&E

What You Bring
Starting Where You Can: We take a can-do approach to problem-solving, even if it means starting small, because every contribution counts. -Diploma or degree in quantity surveying, building and construction management, engineering or related disciplines. -Proven track record of at least 5 years of relevant working experience, past healthcare working experience would be an added advantage. -Able to perform engineering costing analysis and present the resluts -Experience in quantity surveying / projects management / engineering field. -Meticulous and detail oriented. -Able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines. -Possess good written and verbal communication skills. -Competent in contract administration, measurement principles and valuation of works. -Good team player with good interpersonal skills.
