Tasks

-lead and deliver a technology plan for the workers compensation team, focused on automation, Artificial Intelligence and other opportunities to deliver efficiencies and enhanced data and reporting -liaise with regulators, system providers, IT, and internal stakeholders on system and compliance requirements -develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear, actionable insights for business and leadership teams -manage the workers compensation claims management database, ensuring system integrity, data accuracy and regulatory compliance -continuously improve data quality, reporting processes and system functionality to support informed decision-making -track and analyse claims and injury trends to identify risks, insights and opportunities for improvement -and support one direct report in the claims support team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment -prepare and submit regulatory, financial and actuarial data reports accurately and on time -Deliver work that matters.
