Tasks

Directly supervises two or more Loan Officers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. -Review and monitor the Production Summary report -Attend Realtor functions -Track application capture rate -Review the PTC report -Train Loan Officers -Review customer surveys with Loan Officers -Spend time in building sales offices -Coach Loan Officers on sales techniques and focus on increasing levels of business -Track closing capture rate -Attend weekly meeting with the builder -Review the Lock Expiration reports along with the Overage/Concessions report -Review performance of the Loan Officers -Lead weekly Loan Officer meeting
