Tasks

-Work closely with marketing, aftersales, and finance teams to ensure seamless processes and satisfied customers -Role Play & Panel Interview – Showcase your sales approach in a practical scenario. -Represent BYD as a trusted advisor, guiding customers from enquiry through test drive to handover. -Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maximizing upselling opportunities. -Manage leads with precision. Ensure every enquiry is tracked, followed up, and converted through effective sales system usage. -Deliver a premium customer experience, blending product expertise with genuine relationship-building.

What You Bring

-Tech-savvy with sales systems and digital sales platforms. -Valid UAE driver’s license. -Track record in lead conversion, pipeline management, and customer follow-up. -Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, preferably in the automotive industry; EV or luxury brand exposure are added value. -Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required (other languages an advantage). -Video Interview – If shortlisted, record yourself answering a few critical but simple questions.
