Strategic System Optimization Communications Advisor (Part Time)

Develop and manage communications plan for system optimization initiatives.

Tasks

-Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visual identity across all communications. -Collaborate with teams (Digital Services, National Operations, Finance, Corporate Communications) to develop and execute communications. -Ensure alignment on messaging, audiences, and delivery across initiatives that is aligned to Corporate Communications best practices. -Facilitate working sessions to define message streams, frequency, audience, and delivery methods. -Develop, implement, own and maintain a rolling communications plan across multiple initiatives that directly relate to Bird’s ongoing digital transformation. -Assign and manage communications production by topic and SME. -Support change management, training, and other strategic initiatives as needed.

What You Bring

-Experience with implementing enterprise-wide communications and/or change management for technology or systems implementations is preferred. -Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities, capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment -Strong communication and listening skills, a thorough approach to complex problem solving, decision-making ability, and a high motivation towards setting and delivering "excellence" -Demonstrated ability to be flexible, positive, and creative, in a dynamic, fast paced and changing environment -Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment -Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail -Experience with enterprise-wide communications planning. -Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them -Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. -10+ years in internal communications, change management, and/or strategic planning. -Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple group -Strong written and oral communication skills
