Tasks

-Auditing, monitoring and 'self-checking' of project document control and records management activities -Ensure all new revisions of drawings and documents replicated in and appropriately distributed in Team Binder -Contribute to the development of control checks and document control procedures, ensure they are followed and report any issues -Ensure that Team Binder is being used as the primary system for communication and document management -Ensure compliance with Document Control and Documentation Management Plan -Ensure accurate uploading and distribution of project related documents, records, and correspondence

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills -Previous experience ideally in a Document Controller role ideally in Construction however not essential -Experience using RibCX, Ineight, TeamBinder preferred -Strong attention to detail
