Tasks

Working as part of the Supply Chain, the Inventory and Dispatch Lead will be solely responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Stores Department. This is a hands-on role and the Inventory and Dispatch Lead will be solely responsible for goods in and dispatch and providing production with all raw materials and packaging. -Maintain H&S and housekeeping within the Stores -Participate in Lean manufacturing an 6Sigma projects -Kitting of materials to support the production plan -Packing finished goods and preparing pallets for shipments -Booking in of all goods and maintaining inventory locations in the ERP Systems -Preparing all the paperwork and labels required for shipping and dispatch -Unloading and storing of all goods in deliveries

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of dispatch, preparing shipping paperwork and dealing with freight forwarders -Experience of working in Stores & Inventory management within a production/manufacturing environment -Strong work ethic and can be trusted to work autonomously -Team player who can build strong working relationships with colleagues -Understanding of ERP Systems
