Tasks

-Partner closely with the Product Owner to protect sprint integrity, advocate for the team, and ensure sustainable delivery aligned with customer value. -Proactively facilitate conflict resolution, coach individuals and the team toward continuous improvement, and foster an environment of trust, focus, and accountability. -Constantly look for ways to foster collaboration within the team. -Be an ambassador for Scrum and Agile practices, focusing on the Scrum Values and guide teams to full mastery. -Provides coaching and guidance to your teams, including the why, not just the how. -Use metrics and KPIs to steer and encourage improvement.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching and conflict resolution skills. -Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence. -Proven ability to work effectively with cross-function and cross-regional teams. -Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks. -Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field. -Grasp of different frameworks like LeSS, SAFe to operate in a multi-team environment. -Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master. -Certified PSM-1 and PSM-2 or equivalent certifications.
