Supports daily site operations, handling admin tasks, invoicing, permits, and reporting.

Tasks

-Travel to site locations will be required. -Assists with the creation and submission of project billing. -Coordinates and prepares job packages including locates, permits, materials. -Establishes accounts with local suppliers for miscellaneous items for the site. -Ensures and assists in the completion of accident reports. -Ensure you and your family receive the services needed to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. -Tracks, records and reports attendance of all site personnel, board allowance and vehicle allowance. -Meets and greets all visitors in a positive friendly manner. -Handle invoices with respect to distribution to appropriate departments for approval. -Learn, interpret, and applies organizational policies, rules, and regulations. -Maintains an organized filing system on site.

What You Bring

-Repetitive movement (data entry). -Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team. -Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with poise and confidence. -A degree or diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) is preferred. -Ability to show discretion with confidential and/or personal material. -Professional interaction with all levels of staff within the organization from front line to senior executive. -Prolonged sedentary positioning. -Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, handling various job responsibilities at once (arranging meetings, phone messages, correspondence, etc.). -Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint). -Superior written and verbal communication skills (preparation and proofreading of documents). -Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
