Start with a Monday to Friday schedule, transitioning to rotating roster 24/7 distribution Centre.
Lead technical outages and resolve issues to maintain system performance.
Diagnose and fix complex technical issues to keep systems running smoothly.
Stay updated with new technologies and find ways to improve service delivery.
Provide excellent service by quickly resolving technical issues.
Coach and mentor junior technicians.
Work with internal teams on maintenance and performance issues.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Recommend and implement continuous improvement projects.

Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, control system reports, and diagnostics for efficient asset/equipment management.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience in supervising service teams within similar environments.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and senior management combined with a willingness and ability to provide guidance and mentorship to other service team members, fostering their growth and development.
Experience of supporting automated systems with a good level of electro-mechanical skills.
Electrical fault-finding and fault-rectification skills, including the replacement and configuration of various field devices (inverters, sensors, scanners etc.) and fault-rectification skills mechanically (gearboxes / bearings / sprockets / drives etc.).
A degree, diploma, or certificate in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Proficiency in using CMMS/WMS/WCS and other industry-related software.
NSW A Grade Electrical License
