Tasks

-Manage project budget requirements: -Identify changes in the field, authorize field change requests, provide all documentation required to ensure compensation for all work performed. -Track progress against baseline schedule and critical path dates. -Work with the project team to set project goals and schedule milestones. -Supervise assigned foremen, assistant superintendents, and project engineers -Assist the project manager in developing budgets and monthly cost to complete. -Participate in business development. Create Raving Fans on current projects. Utilize contacts to initiate leads for future projects. -Communicate schedule requirements at weekly subcontractor meetings. -Assist in the Approval process for all subcontractor requisitions. -Create the Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP), manage all aspects of project quality efforts. -Manage the project to meet schedule requirements and milestones: -Safety, Schedule, Cost, Quality, and creating Raving Fans with all external partners. -Participate in quarterly superintendent and safety meetings, as well as periodic training sessions. -Interface with client representatives, A-E representatives, other contractors, and various building officials in a professional manner. -Preplan all operations to produce innovative and efficient methods to avoid hazards. The Superintendent must correct all recognized hazards immediately. -Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan for each project assigned. -Verify that all subcontractors have a valid subcontract and an acceptable insurance certificate prior to working on site. -Complete onsite material verification as required for the project. -Manage T&M process, including verification of time and materials. -Coordinate all required labor, equipment, small tools, permanent materials, and supplies as needed for self-perform operations. -Develop a baseline schedule with Project Services Group. -Supervise construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications. -Develop a short-term plan on a weekly basis that directly supports the project schedule and looks ahead a minimum of 3 weeks. -Serve as the OSHA competent person for various tasks or assign others to serve as competent person. -Track production and submit quantities weekly. -Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. -Provide technical assistance on the project, interpret contract drawings and submittals, and develop construction methods consistent with contract documents. -Coordinate and lead the daily stand up and weekly foreman meetings. -Ensure that the material delivery log is updated and accurate.

What You Bring

-Ability to work with and manage multiple people -Thorough knowledge of corporate quality program. -Working knowledge of CPM schedule. -Thorough knowledge of subcontract language. -Bachelor's degree in construction management with at least 5 years of experience in the construction field or any related field. -Thoroughly understand the contract (owner/subcontractor), owner requirements, contract plans, contract specifications, submittals and any change documents. -Thorough knowledge of Corporate/Industry Safety standards. -Basic computer knowledge -Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities. -Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize. -Working knowledge of cost report and labor production report. -Strong communication skills. -Understands building plans and specs. -CSL preferred. -OSHA 10 Certification required; OSHA 30 Certification preferred. -Proficient in all 5 areas of focus on their project:
