Tasks

-Leading day-to-day cost management and contract administration (JCT / NEC). -Preparing cost plans, estimates, tender documents, and procurement advice. -Managing the full project lifecycle from early-stage feasibility through to final account. -Providing input into business development and mentoring junior surveyors. -Acting as the key point of contact for clients and project teams.

What You Bring

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK. -Solid PQS / consultancy experience, ideally in the London market. -Chartered MRICS Quantity Surveyor (or very close to qualification). -Excellent communication and client-facing skills. -Strong technical knowledge and confidence managing multiple projects.
