-Performs assigned job duties, including clerical tasks, as directed by lead technicians. -Perform entry level work independently in residential HVAC replacement, residential HVAC applications, and residential flue venting applications. -Assists in advanced applications of home comfort products. -Works independently or under direct supervision, applying established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

What You Bring

-Possess basic hand tools to properly perform job requirements -Proven customer service skills -Demonstrated experience in residential HVAC installations for residential applications -Active Maryland State HVAC Apprenticeship License -Proven ability to accurately read and follow blueprints, specifications, and installation manuals -Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime -Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing -Knowledge of PVC, duct work, copper, and gas piping installations -Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license
