The Role

Overview

Support daily HR operations including onboarding, I‑9 processing, background checks, and employee inquiries.

Tasks

-Abides by company HR processes and current employment laws and regulations. -Organizes, maintains, and updates employee HRIS information, as needed. -May perform some recruitment duties, facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants. -Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, and maintains I-9 files. -Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications. -Triages calls and emails from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. -Functions as a vital source of general human resources information for our employees. -Conducts administrative onboarding of new hires in HRIS system. -Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs.

What You Bring

-Ability to follow directions accurately and without hesitation. -ADP Workforce Now experience is preferred, but not required. -Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams and Outlook) and related business and communication tools. -Thorough attention to details. -Reliable and personable; enjoy working with a diverse range of individuals and ensuring employee requirements and needs are met first. -Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. -English/ Spanish Bilingual is preferred, but not required. -Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Maintains general knowledge of trends, best practices, employment laws, and HR related technologies.
