Tasks

-Assisting and Guiding Project team for better quality of work and improving site safety -Ensuring regular material testing in Independent third-party Laboratory -Ensure best practices for QA/QC & EHS. -Random review of checklist, formats and test reports -Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and regulations. -Preparation of checklists, formats related to quality and safety -Investigate quality and safety issues to determine the root cause and lead the resolution process with relevant teams. -Monitor key quality metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. -Mentor and train junior engineers and work with various teams (mix design, improvement in construction practices) to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle. -Analyze construction process and observations to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement, then develop and implement corrective actions. -Create, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards, including documentation
