-Acting as a key support to the Head of Finance, challenging the status quo constructively, encouraging a culture of accountability to deliver on Boral’s purpose of “Building Something Great” and values of Safety, Teamwork, Ambition, Accountability and Respect -facilitating budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing P&L and performance analysis - ensuring financial accuracy and performance against targets -Partnering with operational leaders (and Boral ‘Gold’ team leadership) to identify and drive opportunities for growth and operational efficiency

-expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting - with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights -a solid track record in Analysis or Management Reporting within an industrial, manufacturing or a resource-focused sector -good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels -ability to sponsor the delivery of operational outcomes to drive improved financial performance -capacity to balance the priorities and expectations of finance and operations to ensure aligned decision-making
