Investigate D365 functionality, data, and interface problems. Determine and implement resolutions.
Determine solutions to meet requirements blending out-of-the-box D365 capabilities and customizations.
Vet and challenge business requirements to adhere to the industry standard process and practice.
Design efficient and user-friendly solutions. Ensuring the solution is scalable, secure, and performs well.
Work with Enviva infrastructure, support, and solutions & delivery teams to ensure proper unit, system, user acceptance, and performance testing.
Develop recommendations, business cases, and estimates for new functionality and changes to improve business processes and application performance.
Work with a business team to gather requirements.

Ability to work with business customers and understand their processes and functions.

Experience working with D365 modules, interfaces, and technologies.
Understanding of information technology and D365 standards, procedures, and best practices.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Finance, or Accounting.

Deep financial expertise and experience.
Experience with core D365 capabilities including workflows, batch processing, data import/export framework, and roles/permissions.

Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform specifically as it relates to use of D365.

Ability to travel to domestic or international locations, including day trips and overnight.
