Key member of Construction Services Leadership team that drives overall standards and culture for the Construction Services & field teams
Ensure all work is completed in a safe and quality manner
Drive optimal resource (direct labor, subs, equipment) utilization across the region that enables margin optimization & to meet customer deliverables
Drives the culture and operating environment across the region
Manage all field operations across a defined region
Ensure construction service deliverables are performed within the terms & conditions of the contract, industry standards, permit requirements, & to the satisfaction of the Customer.
Manage 2 to 3 market managers within a region who have 200-400 field members reporting to them within the markets
As the service fulfillment lead for construction ops, requires key alignment & interactions with PMO, Engineering, Service Delivery, Bus Ops leaders & stakeholders to ensure the Congruex order to cash process is working and improving optimally

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of on-time, on-budget project delivery and process improvement.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team mentorship and development.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
Experience in developing and implementing metrics and KPIs for project performance tracking.
Proficiency in change, issue, risk, and quality management processes, along with ERP and project management tools.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance structures, and best practices.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the construction/telecom industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, address operational challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
Experience in managing field operations, including superintendents and craft workers.
