Tasks

-Answer all incoming calls and maintain the reception switchboard, including professional and effective management of any unsolicited calls and enquires -Provide relief support to the administrative team which may include copy-typing, data entry, updating reports and documentation and any ad-hoc duties where required -Meet and greet all visitors ensuring a welcoming and efficient service -Ensure a tidy, safe and welcoming reception area is maintained at all times, including arranging cover for rest and lunch breaks
