Lead a team installing, decommissioning, and maintaining data center cabling and network.

Tasks
-Identify the tech's strengths and weaknesses -Effectively communicate with Foreman, Leads, Tech) -Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes, always with an eye on improvement. -Follow all production, safety and quality standards, codes, and industry best practices. -Track and submit timesheets for crew reporting -Coordinates with QAQC on quality status walks -Provide structured feedback on project progress to Stakeholders. -Installation/decommissioning of network and cabling infrastructure in a Data Center environment. -Reading and comprehending blueprints and building documentation/redline work. -Exhibit quality workmanship on all work and maintain Data Center cleanliness. -Perform job walks -Collaborate with various Stakeholders to remove project obstacles. -Reports to Operations Manager and take daily directions from Technician, Technician II, Lead Technicians, Senior Technicians and Advance Senior Technicians. -Track and submit timesheets for crew -Maintaining paperwork and running service jobs

What You Bring
-Knowledge and use of basic telecom hand tools. -Responsibly of outcome for work -Basic understanding of both copper and fiber cable testing and troubleshooting. -Should be familiar on wiring schemes and wiring testing. -Must understand customer service, perform job walks and communicate with customer for job requirements. -Track lessons learned as they occur -Knowledge and understanding of network Handover -Capable of working in Data Centers. -Shall be able to work on analog, DSL, and be able to extend T1 lines. -Knowledge and understanding of Project Close Out -Be able to read and understand job floor plan. -Clear understanding of job safety requirements. -Must be capable of leading a crew of 1-5 technicians. -Should understand and be capable in performing field terminations and labeling. -Capable of maintaining orderly paperwork, capable of running midsize to large projects and service jobs. -Understanding metrics/SLA's and able to track -Should be able to pull all types of low voltage cables. -Possess skill to layout MDF and IDF closets, be able to dress all types of cable and perform all types of terminations and should include basic understanding of fiber equipment, all types of cable and fiber terminations. -Broad understanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies. -Be able to patch network equipment. -Copper/Fiber (term, test, splice, troubleshoot)
