What You Bring

-One of more of the following certifications RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer), DCDC (Data Center Design Consultant), OSP (Outside Plant) or RTPM (Registered Telecommunications Project Manager) -Working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks design software platforms -Knowledge of design and construction specifications -At least 3 years of telecommunications design experience for semiconductor, data center, or advanced manufacturing facilities -Knowledge and design experience with paging, intercom and audio visual systems -Associates or Bachelor's degree -Knowledge and application of BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Services International) design practices -At least 3 years of relevant experience in telecommunications design and construction industry -Knowledge & application of NFPA 70 (NEC) as applicable to telecommunications design requirements -Experience leading telecommunications design team -Knowledge & application of Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) standards -Knowledge and design experience with life safety and security systems -Knowledge of control systems and network topology -Project management experience -Two-year technical degree or four-year non-technical degree -Experience estimating and scheduling small to medium sized projects
