Tasks

-Managing CV reviews, interviews, SQEP checks and on-boarding logistics -Leading recruitment planning and approvals with hiring managers and senior leadership team -Chairing regular meetings with recruitment, on-boarding and health and safety teams -Coordinating vetting, induction bookings and site access -Ensuring compliance with nuclear regulations and site protocols
