Tasks

-Direct leasing team in external marketing and advertising efforts -Inspected all apartment homes to ensure all are move-in ready to Trinity’s standards prior to move-in -Assist in completing market surveys as needed -Develop and successfully execute marketing plans -Show, lease, and move in prospective community members -Successfully train and manage the leasing team -Provide exceptional customer service to the community members and future community members -Plan and execute all on-site/off-site marketing and advertising -Successfully organize and promote community events to current community members and future community members -Conduct community members’ move-out unit walks as needed -Process rental applications -Receive collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards -Maintain all community members’ files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all file documentation -Update unit availability daily -Facilitate all aspects in the community leasing process -Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through our company’s continuing education programs -Lead leasing team in sales efforts

What You Bring

-Associates or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred -Demonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to Supervisor -Excellent communication skills -Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and use all on-site resident management software functions -Handle high stress situations effectively -Prefer knowledge of the following software programs: Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check -This is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events is also required. -Strong sales background -Excellent leasing and closing skills -Minimum of two year as a leasing consultant in the Multi-family Industry -Extensive knowledge in social media -Intermediate computer and internet knowledge -Knowledge of state law as it relates to fair housing -High school education or equivalent is required -The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms, and hands. The team member may occasionally be required to climb. The team member will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed. -Ability to lead leasing team by example in a professional manner -Exhibit strong leadership skills -Possess a positive attitude -Time management skills and ability to prioritize wisely -Minimum of one year in a management position related to marketing and/or advertising in the Multi-family industry or related field -Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook -Administrative and organizational skills
