Overview
Leads and delivers FM projects for local authority, managing budgets, teams, clients.

Tasks
-Provide accurate and consistent reports and management information to senior management and clients. -Strategically drive best-in-class operational performance within Local Authority projects. -Take full responsibility for project budget, costs, cash flow and margin in accordance with the forecast process. -Support work-winning and operational solutions for new business opportunities. -Promote and demonstrate visible leadership in adherence to the company Health & Safety policy and procedures. -Resource projects appropriately to build capability and performance across teams. -Manage contractual issues arising with customers and the supply chain.

What You Bring
-High level of commercial awareness and experience managing contractual issues with customers and supply chain. -Effective and timely communicator with strong people leadership skills. -Ability to develop successful teams and support succession planning. -Proven track record of project delivery in hard facilities management within local authorities and government markets. -Experience of running complex capital and life-cycle works. -Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience. -Relevant industry Health & Safety management qualifications.
