What You Bring

-Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead production teams while at times self-performing the work -Strong Client and Project Management skills -Strong design and graphic skills, both digital and hand drawn -Strong working knowledge of plants, trees, and ground cover material selection from a code requirement and aesthetic value standpoint. -Ability to move projects efficiently and expeditiously through the permitting, bidding, and construction administration phases. -Technical knowledge of landscape construction -Georgia Licensed Landscape Architect -Demonstrating a general understanding of construction costs and the ability to understand and apply parameters of project budgets. -Ideal candidate must be passionate about working on a variety of projects simultaneously and care about executing drawings at a high-level of quality -Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with variety of individuals including clients, consultants, and architects -Ability to lead presentations in both public and private settings.  Experience with leading projects through a design review, entitlement or other similar public approval process is highly desired. -Knowledge of the Public Sector and strong experience with the Private Sector -Comfortable with both master planning and landscape architecture projects -Ability to assemble planning, SD, DD, and CD level deliverables -Proficiency in Auto CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-Up, and Microsoft Office -Knowledge/experience in Lumion -Plan for, schedule, and perform well under deadlines
