Smoking and/or the use of tobacco or related products is prohibited in and on CEMEX property as well as any building and/or vehicle owned or leased by CEMEX. -Communication Skills: Strong analytical and communication abilities, with the capability to present ideas clearly and effectively. -Technical Proficiency: Previous experience from individuals who share our passion for the industry and have gained valuable insights through internships, co-op programs, or university projects. -Educational Foundation: Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Concrete Industry Management (CIM), Construction Science Management/Construction Management, Business Admin/Business Management, Mechanical Engineer, Environmental Engineering or related field (open to more degrees) with at least junior year standing. -Academic Performance: A GPA of 2.5 or above, with a preference for those with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. -Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
