Tasks

-Implementation of Continuous improvement suggestions & maintain 5s of shop. -Ensure safe work environment in shop floor. -Daily shift planning and execution. Ensure preparations for next planned activities. -Ensure regular manhour booking in SAP -Planning and execution of Turbine components Assembly. -Improving labor efficiency and overall efficiency of the department. -Work in rotational shifts. -Regularly maintain and update records, route card/PPS, BOM sheet, fit-up and dimension records. -Co-ordination between shifts to achieve the planned targets. -Coordination with cross functional departments for proper execution. -Complete the Assembly work as per plan. -Maintain quality standards as per CTQ'S. -Maintain safety and discipline in shift.
